Please kindly note that requests for reservations and cancellations can be accepted only after having received a written request sent by email or fax.

Furthermore a reservation is finalized only after having received client's credit card details, as holder's name, card number and exp.date and will be understood at the same time also as acceptance of our hotel's cancellation policy as listed on our website (www.villa-wolff.hr - The Hotel - Fact Sheet).

In case of an earlier departure the guest will be required to pay the full stay.
